Delivery & Returns

Using our delivery service, we aim to deliver your order within 5 working days, however this cannot always be guaranteed (due to stock availability). We will endeavour to keep you up to date should we experience any delays. Items will be delivered to the address provided at checkout stage.

We will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one delivery to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.

Delivery is to UK mainland only and is charged at a flat rate of £3.99 per order.

Force Majeure

Lipscomb shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Returns & Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of placing your order. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your order in writing by a clear statement to the following email address: shop@lipscomb.co.uk

Goods to be returned must be in their original packaging, in a good resaleable condition and must not have been fitted to a vehicle or used.

Any defects or damage must be reported to us when cancelling your order. Failure to inform us of defects or damage may result in the goods not being refunded.

Lipscomb will not under any circumstance pay for the return of cancelled orders and will not be responsible for any misplaced returns. This responsibility and costs are to be covered by the consumer. We advise that all cancellations ae sent via a tracked returns method.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the return is approved, we will then process the refund and reimburse the consumer using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction, however this will exclude the original delivery charge of £3.99. The reimbursement for the returned order will be completed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).
